Airport Pickups

Unless you have requested an inside pickup, we will provide you with a curbside pickup. Using the cell phone number you have provided, your driver will contact you via text or phone call once we have confirmed your arrival. Your driver will provide you with his name and state that he is with Knight Riders. Once you have collected any baggage, please let your driver know what door you have exited from and he will promptly pick you up and help you load your luggage. Please bear in mind that each airport has its own set of guidelines regarding pickup and departures.  To avoid airport ticketing, please request pickup at the proper terminal levels.

If you have requested an inside pickup, your driver will be waiting for you at your assigned baggage claim with your last name on a sign. Your driver will then assist you with your baggage to the door. While you wait at passenger pick up your driver will retrieve the vehicle and will promptly pick you up. Fees associated with this service are actual parking charges charged by the airport. 

Cancellation policy

All reservations must be canceled no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time in order to avoid penalty. Reservations canceled less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time are subject to a 15% penalty. Reservations canceled less than 12 hours but more than 3 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time are subject to a 35% penalty. Anything canceled less than 3 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time is subject to a 75% penalty. Runs not canceled will be billed in full.
